Mount Baker Farm was originally a dairy farm, and boasts a nearly 100-year-old Waldrip barn building.
It was also a peacock farm at one time. Previous owner loved trains and built the railway and two train stations, one a replica of the Lake Elsinore train station in southern California. This property has a working train on a two-mile track. This landmark property is much loved by the local community.
Mount Baker Farm is now a campground located on 80 wooded acres. It is situated near the charming village of Eastsound on Orcas Island, where you can find shops, souvenirs, and other treasures and explore a variety of delightful cuisine. Orcas Island is home to Moran State Park and Mt. Constitution, which offer plenty of opportunities for hiking.
