ANSWER You can bring all your gear with you, but we can also supply you with anything you need for a great camping experience. We rent everything from tents to bedding to dinnerware to camp chairs to hammocks and lanterns.

ANSWER  "Walk-in" campground means cars are not allowed in the camping area. We designed it that way specifically for the safety of our guests - and we think it creates a pretty unique atmosphere. Guests unload at the check-in area and are free to use our complimentary hand carts to move gear from their cars to their campsite. ANSWER Our campsites are all equipped with at least one tent pad, a picnic table and above-ground fire pit.

ANSWER Vehicles are not allowed at our standard tent campsites, however, we have added Drive-In Vehicle Campsites! You may use these campsites with your camper, tent trailer or van. Each campsite has a fire pit, picnic table and space for parking one vehicle. Two of the sites are pull-through, so please check with us before making your reservation if you require a pull- through campsite.

ANSWER No, we do not have an adults-only area, but we do tend to put families with children towards the front of our campground, closer to the petting farm and meadows.  There are more remote areas that can accommodate more private camping.

ANSWER Using the MAP, here is some info to help you understand how far things are from each other on the Farm:

• From the Parking area to Campsite #12 = 720 feet
• From the Lobby to the junction of Railroad Loop (near Grizzly Flats) = 1162 feet
• Check in area to Campsite #3 = 137 feet
• From the Lobby to Campsite #11 = 880 feet
• From the Lobby to Campsite #23 = 1472 feet

ANSWER Yes! We allow well-behaved dogs that are on a leash. Also, there is an off-leash dog park right across the road from Mount Baker Farm.

ANSWER No, the county does not allow RV camping on our property.

ANSWER Yes, there are several grocery stores on Orcas, one fairly large grocery store, a food co-op, and several convenience stores.  They are within walking distance  of our farm.

ANSWER  No, because of the extreme fire danger in our campground, smoking is not allowed.

ANSWER There are portable toilets situated throughout the campground, and four conveniently located outdoor hot showers.

ANSWER When state and county allow for such, we allow campfires in our fire pits.  In the event of a burn ban, we allow only charcoal fires in our fire pits.

ANSWER Our cancellation policy is as follows:

"NO CASH REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund, less a $5 handling fee. If cancelled less than 14 days in advance but at least 7 day in advance, we will apply your deposit to a future visit. All monies will be forfeited if cancelled less than 3 days in advance. We do not charge for sunshine, nor do we refund for inclement weather. There is a $45.00 Fee for NSF Checks."

ANSWER Our camping experience is completely unique from other campgrounds. We are a walk-in campground, but all our fees are inclusive. Your only additional costs are from extra amenities you choose to add to your stay.

Our fees may seem higher but you will also have access to the following (weather permitting):

• Petting Farm
• Reptile Saturdays

We also do not charge a Web Reservation Fee or a Parking Fee.
